In 2022, Alex & Allison, seeing the low quality on the fast-food market, contemplate the opportunity to undertake it, deciding to offer «gourmet Colombian fast food» bringing the best flavors and the best quality from the land of coffee.

Thus, in 2023 La Perrada del Rey was born, a great food trailer, attended by its owners, transmitting the warmth and kindness that distinguish the Colombian people.
